About us

Milwaukee 7 Talent Partnership

Milwaukee 7 has developed key strategies to improve talent development. This effort is industry-led; demand-driven; data-powered and outcomes-based. It is both systemic and specific.

  1. Coordinate a rapid response when a company has immediate and critical hiring needs.
  2. Help companies leverage existing programs to improve their talent systems
  3. Improve the quality of the regional labor pool: The long-term talent needs of employers in the Milwaukee 7 region require a long-term approach focused on filling the pipeline with qualified workers. This strategy will require many tactics, working in concert, to achieve results.
  4. Advise companies on education and workforce partners that can meet their needs.
Milwaukee 7 understands that there is not a one-size-fits-all solution to recruiting and placing employees. We work with the entire spectrum of educational institutions and workforce agencies so we can recommend quality partners to help you find solutions for your company.
